Admission Form Fee – Non-Refundable
Please note that the fee paid for the admission form is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Failure to complete or submit the admission form.
- Withdrawal of application after submission.
- Rejection of the application based on eligibility or screening criteria.
- Duplicate payments (except in rare cases of proven technical error).
We strongly advise all applicants to review the eligibility criteria and admission instructions carefully before making any payment.
Technical Issues or Duplicate Payments
In the unlikely event of a technical error (such as duplicate payments), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment (e.g., bank statement, transaction ID, screenshot).
Refunds for such duplicate payments will be processed after internal verification and may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
